This fourth trolley is used for the clean equipment to be taken back into the kitchen, although sometimes (ok, most of the times) the chefs come to it (in this area) and help themselves. As you can see my collegue Chen is getting ready to take the trolley into the kitchen, to put the equipment back in its place, ready for use again.

I love this trolley, especcially on a wednesday, I dragged it up those five steps (as seen in picture) and use it to take the groceries (that come on 6 cages) into the 4 smaller rooms which are quite winding. On Friday, i can't find it as Marco or one of the others, have large metal tins of it and with fish batter in it to cook the fried fish with.

These two are often used to transport food from the walk in fridge to the kitchen and from the kitchen to the lift. Yes the lengh from the store rooms, through to the lengh of kitchen and then on to the lifts is approximately 50 metres long. The whole kichen operates on the ground floor of the school. So it is neccesary to use trolleys, especcially 4, as the staff often use them for different things ...
