Four work trolleys often fought over.

The second biggest trolley (and one of the cleanest) transport the spagetti in to the kitchen, notice the tray on the second shelf, i only realised this, when i took the picture and then looked at the picture!

Thursday morning of the 25-5-2006. Around about 08:27, small trolley was used to move the lamb from the fridge to the kitchen, as it had to be cooked up for lunchtime!

One of the chefs (Ali), uses the big trolley in order to get all these tins to the kitchen, where he will be working. He chose the biggest one because its more stable and bigger.
This is like the start of the day for the trolley!!

After lunch time and the chefs and assistants pile their dirty equipment onto the trolley to be washed. As you can see they work by themselves because if they worked together, they could put all the stuff on the same trolley.

Lunch time and Fodil, one of the chefs, needs the trolley to take food to the lift. I want it for delivery.

This fourth trolley is used for the clean equipment to be taken back into the kitchen, although sometimes (ok, most of the times) the chefs come to it (in this area) and help themselves. As you can see my collegue Chen is getting ready to take the trolley into the kitchen, to put the equipment back in its place, ready for use again.

I love this trolley, especcially on a wednesday, I dragged it up those five steps (as seen in picture) and use it to take the groceries (that come on 6 cages) into the 4 smaller rooms which are quite winding. On Friday, i can't find it as Marco or one of the others, have large metal tins of it and with fish batter in it to cook the fried fish with.

These two are often used to transport food from the walk in fridge to the kitchen and from the kitchen to the lift. Yes the lengh from the store rooms, through to the lengh of kitchen and then on to the lifts is approximately 50 metres long. The whole kichen operates on the ground floor of the school. So it is neccesary to use trolleys, especcially 4, as the staff often use them for different things ...
